Why Zoho mail not receiving some emails?

There are some problems in the Zoho mail service, sometimes it does not receive emails from the other email address. It is a big issue if emergency mail will not receive quickly because in modern time all the person depends on the email account and send or receive emails for most of the work like- communication with friends, company work and work with social media.

If your Zoho mail account is creating any problem in receiving and sending emails, you can fix it without the help of a technician. We are telling some different methods which help you to solve all the issues related to the receiving mail.

1. Restart your device- If your Zoho mail account is creating mail receiving problem, first you should restart your system 2-3 times. It is necessary sometimes if there are any problems in the system. It will be fixed because all the software and files run correctly. So, you should restart your system again and again.   

2. Check Internet connection problem- If your system does not connect with internet, your mail account not receives any mail. All the mail account work only online, first you should check your internet cable and port. If, your internet data transfer speed will be slow down. It will also not receive any mail.

3. Update Browser- If you are using out of the dated browser, your mail account will not work properly. So, you should update your browser first. Now, restart/reboot your device to properly install the entire file on the system. It installs some new files when you update the browser with the new version.

If you are using Google Chrome browser you can update it, by using the following path.

•           Open Chrome browser.
•           Click on the Gear icon.
•           Select Help from the menu list.
•           Now, click on the About Google Chrome.
•           It will show, your version which you are using.
•           It there is any new update in your chrome browser, it will show you.

4. DNS settings problem- Sometimes, your browser not connects with the server. If you’re DNS not working properly. So, first, you should check all the settings related to the server connection. DNS (domain name system) links your query to the correct server.

If your DNS does not connect Zoho account to their server, it will not work and not receive emails. So, you should check your DNS settings by following some steps given below.

Check your DNS settings-

•           Open your Control Panel.
•           Click on Network and Internet.
•           Search Network and Sharing center and click on it.
•           Click on Change adapter settings.
•           Select the connection, which you want to configure.
•           Click on Networking tab.
•           Go in Advance and select DNS.
•           Click on OK.
