Outlook Not Connecting to Server problem – How to Solve it?

Outlook is a mail service to communicate with all the relatives and friends. So, you should create an email account for sending emails, photos, videos, documents etc. It will help you to connect all the social persons and organizations. You will be updated with current information and news. But sometimes, your account creates problems like- Server connecting, mail sending, account exchange problems etc.

We are providing some different methods to resolve all the server connecting problems. Because, if your account not connected with your server. You can’t perform any task on your outlook account.

You should check some point in your Outlook account and device which you are using. You can fix the entire problem related to the Server connection. Read all the instruction carefully and apply on your system.

1. Restart your system- If your account not connected with the server, first you should restart your system about to 2-3 times. It is necessary because sometimes there are some silly mistakes in the system files; when you reboot your system, again and again, this problem will be fixed. If your problem does not fix till now. You can follow another method.

2. Check Internet connection- Now, you should check your internet connection because if there is some problem with your internet connection. Your outlook account will not connect with the server. Internet data transfer speed should also good for connecting the server to your account.

Click on Control Panel -> Open Network and Sharing Center -> check all the settings.

3. Outlook Account settings- You should be confirmed that your outlook version not older than version 2010. Older version creates some problems because there are some security problems. So, Microsoft rejects it.

If your version up to date, you should check the server settings.


•           Click on the Send/Receive tab.
•           Search the Work Offline button.
•           Click on the Offline.
•           Now, restart your account or log in again.

When you will login again, your server connection problem may be resolved.

4.         Repair your Microsoft Office- If your issue has not fixed yet, you can try another method which can fix all the server connection issues. You can repair your Microsoft office. It is necessary time to time because some file may be corrupt or missing. If you repair it all the files recover again in your system. If you want to repair your system, you can follow some instructions given below.

i.          Click on the Start button.
ii.         A programs menu list will be opened, choose the control panel and click on it.
iii.        Now, double-click on the Programs.
iv.        After opening the programs, double-click on the Programs and features.
v.         Select the Microsoft office from the list of all the installed programs.
vi.        Press the right button of the mouse, and click on the Change tab.
vii.       It will show a new window of Microsoft office.
viii.      Select the Repair radio button.
ix.        Click on the continue button.
x.         Restart/Reboot your system.


Now, your Microsoft Office starts to repair. It will take some time to repair successfully. Now, your problem must be solved.
