How to Import Contacts in Zoho mail?

How to import contacts from local disk?

Zolo Email has a feature to save the contacts for the future reference or recovers again. If you’re mobile or contacts containing device lost, you can recover your important contacts, if you want to import contacts from the computer. You can import it by following some steps.

Step1. First, you have to create an account on Zoho Email. If you are a user of Zoho mail you can log in by using given link. https://accounts.zoho.com/signin

If you want to create a new account, you can click the link “Sign up now” at the right bottom of the Login Page.

If you have mail account then you have to login by using your Email address and password. After filling the details related to your account hit the Sign In button.

Step2. After login to Zoho mail account. You can click on the Contacts button. When you will click on the contacts button you will move another page. It will ask for the import contacts.

Step3. After clicking on the contact button. It gives a message “No contacts available yet”. If you want to import contacts, you can press the “Import contacts” button.

 Step4. Now you can select the local disk and can import the contacts.

Note: - First check the contacts file format it must be in CSL, LDIF, and VCF. It can’t support other than this.

So you have to check it first.

How to create a new contact?

If there are no any contacts in the system and you want to save it. You can click on the new contact icon. 
  
After clicking on the new contact icon. It will show some text boxes where you have to fill all the necessary information related to contact.

Fill all the information related fields like Name, Email Address, Phone or Mobile number then press the Save button.

If you want to import contacts from Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook. You can select the icon of related mail service and import it.

How to fix GMX mail not sending or receiving problem?

•           After that enter password of the mail address.
•           Click on the Sign In button, for login in your mail account.

4.         Search for password change- Now you successfully login in your mail account. Your mail account home page will look like below picture.

•           Click on the Edit profile tab, notify by the red arrow in the picture. It will show you some other fields to change other. You will choose a tab for change password.

5.         Change password- After clicking on the edit profile, it will show many fields for edit. It will show three text boxes for change the password of the account. You can change your password by using this field.

•           Visit on the right side of the web page, there are password change options.
•           First enter the Current password of your account, enter it in the first text box.
•           Enter the new password which you want to create. It shouldn’t be same as current password.
•           Enter new password again in the third text box, for confirm password. It is necessary to remember that you are creating new password same as above field.
•           Click on the change password button for changing.

6.         After change password- It will show you a message “Password successfully updated, Please login again”. Now your password changed correctly.
