Not receiving Email in my Exchange account in Outlook for Mac

When we change email account from one service to another service, it may create some problems. Every email service providers have their own settings, data servers, and databases. So, if you are switching from one service to another, you may face some problem in your mail account. If you want, you can fix it by using suitable solutions related to your account problems.

Inbox -> View -> Filters -> clear all Filters.

Solution 4. Check your junk email protection: - It may be possible; you enabled your junk mail filter. It will block some of the emails. So, it can’t receive some emails from special email addresses. You should disable all the filters of the account. You can disable it by using this trick-

Tools -> Junk E-Mail Protection -> Level -> None -> OK.

Now, you will receive all emails from the sender filtered address which you blocked it.
After that, you should unblock all the mail addresses for receiving emails.

Tools -> Junk E-Mail Protection -> Block Senders -> Delete the mail address list.

After unlocking all the email addresses, your mail account receives all the emails of the related addresses. After following above steps, your problem may be resolved. If your problem has not been resolved yet, follow the next method.

Solution 5. Check your server settings: - Now, you should check your server settings because sometimes your server not responds correctly. It can stop your mail for some time. So, you should check all your settings related to the server.

Tools -> Accounts -> Advanced -> Server -> Microsoft Exchange -> Directory Service -> Use SSL to connect.


Solution 6. Customer Care Executives: - In this method, you can contact your service supporters. They will provide all the information related to your issues. You can solve your problems by following instructions of the technical supporters.
