Click on “Gear box icon -> Theme -> select theme -> more themes”.

How to change Language-

If you are a user of a different language other than English. MSN provides language changing facility. You can change your account language by using the given path.

Click on “Gear icon -> View full settings -> language and region (change language and region) -> Save”.
