•           First enter the Current password of your account, enter it in the first text box.
•           Enter the new password which you want to create. It shouldn’t be same as current password.
•           Enter new password again in the third text box, for confirm password. It is necessary to remember that you are creating new password same as above field.
•           Click on the change password button for changing.

6.         After change password- It will show you a message “Password successfully updated, Please login again”. Now your password changed correctly.

Step6. Now, all your contacts will import into the spreadsheet.

•           Now, you can attach a file, documents, video, and image with the mail address in suitable person. You can attach the file to the File Attachments column.
•           Fill all the necessary detail in the suitable field which you want to send.
•           After filling all the entry in the spreadsheet, your sheet is ready for send.
Step7. Now, you have to send the mail to all the contacts then you have to follow all the given steps.
•           Click on the Share button which is available on the top-right side of the spreadsheet.
•           It will ask to forgive a title to the spreadsheet, you can give any name to this file.
•           Now, save it. Using the Save button.

Step8. Now, you can share the entire file to the suitable person with the single click on the send mail.
